The offer came from The United States Naval Academy for the Class of 2021 recruit. It is always interesting to see a recruit receive his first D1 offer as it is a major steppingstone in the recruitment process. This is likely the first of many more to come for this talented athlete.
The next development this past period was 5-star All American Offensive Lineman Landon Tengwall announcing this past Thursday what school he was committing to. The Good Counsel and Class of 2021 product has had many interested schools his final two coming down to Notre Dame and Penn State. These being LSU, Clemson, University of Maryland, Penn State, and University of Oklahoma. All these are programs who have produced successful and talented QB prospects. The next bit of news is former Broadneck High School Linebacker Jarren Terry declaring his college decision is coming soon. This unheralded prospect did not have much buzz after finishing a very successful and productive high school career. He has seen his recruiting process pick up some steam over the past few months with schools like Palmetto Prep, West Virginia, Wesleyan, and Mayville State coming out as suitors for him. It will be intriguing to see what this talented and undervalued linebacker chooses as his next home to play football for.
