I want to upgrade or view my current subscriptions. How do I access that information?

Access your user profile by clicking membership details at the bottom right hand corner of a site’s front page.

Once you’re inside your profile, you’ll see an option for Upgrade.

 

I forgot my password, how can I change it?

You can have password reset instructions sent to your email address associated with your account by going HERE. Once your are logged in you can change your password HERE.

 

I forgot my username, how can I change it?

You can have your username sent to the email address associated with your account by going HERE

 

I want to make changes/cancel my subscription.

Cancellation for SENTelevision.com subscription are done by emailing customer care at customercare@sentelevision.com. Hours of Operation for our call center are Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Make sure to include the email address associated with your account.

SENTelevision.com won’t refund unused portions of subscriptions. You’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date to prevent your subscription from renewing.
